A few years back a friend said she never knew anyone else besides me who was loyal to their mortgage broker. I have worked with David Wilson when buying my last three houses, the first in 1997 and the last in 2017. David always gave me the best advice and the best possible rate. He is very personable and easy to work with. I always enjoyed talking with him, he was very patient and willing to go over points with me again and again. His sense of humor got me through the home buying process!

I have worked with David on the purchase and sell of my first home and on the purchase of my second home. We had great experiences with him on each occasion. He made my family and I feel very comfortable through the entire process and answered any questions we had. What I appreciated most of all was that David would always give us his honest, unbiased opinion when we asked for his guidance. I highly recommend David as a trusted mortgage lender. -Shawn
