EDIT: I am raising my star review from 2 to 3 as the hotel staff were diligent in making right the wrongs that happened. After eating our complimentary buffet, the hotel staff were able to make a few calls and fix up a room specifically for us to place us in so that we did not have to drive to the Holiday Express Inn. I appreciate their excellent customer service and concern. Furthermore, Prairie Band's hotel rooms are very clean and nice. The heated pool is serene and an excellent place to relax at. Thank you for trying your best at making our experience great, even though it started off pretty rough.

always have a great time staying here. we haven't been for two years and they have remodeled the lobby and changed some of the casino games. they are constructing a new pool area to be open next year. great food, nice and friendly staff. rooms are very clean. love it!!
