I am a long-time customer who is now lucky enough to have their fiber optics internet service. The price is reasonable, the reliability is quite good and the customer service is excellent! It is wonderful to be able to reach out to real, local people! Technical issues have been resolved quickly, and I was even able to go to the office and get help when I had issues setting up my email on my new iPhone.

I live slightly rural and have my internet service through MTC. It has been very reliable and everything it should be. Have had a technical problem once and the techs were very quick and knowledgeable in solving my problem. I haven't ever checked on what other companies offer internet for me because I couldn't be more satisfied with anything but MTC.
