Called to change my name on my mortgage because I legally changed my name. Was told the only way to do that was to refinance which would cost more money. Not happy with this at all!

You can only make a Deposit when the bank is open. Online banking isn’t up to date. If you don’t log onto online account for 30 days your online username/password will expire and you have to start over. They cashed my post dated check 5 Days early then charged me for not having the money. When we attempted to speak with a manager they said they had a new policy and that someone would call us back. No we did not receive a call back! This bank has been more of an inconvenience.
