I would highly recommend working with Bo Kearney from ACF Mortgage. I'm not sure how those other bad reviews came about; however, he worked endlessly and even came to our closing. RUN!!! Run far, far away from these people. Worked with one of their people out of the Middletown office and was taken for a ride. Jeff Clements had the WRONG address, WRONG price AND WRONG type of loan on my loan application when I went to sign everything. I should have backed out then, but I didn't. A few weeks later he "ordered the appraisal". NOT. He said he did. He charged my credit card almost $500. Appraisal never happened. When asked for the appraisal report, he said he couldn't get it. LIES LIES LIES. I am currently fighting to get my money back for the appraisal. My agent did some research on them and apparently they only close a small percentage of the loans that are applied for. Save yourself time, money, and hassle. Go elsewhere.
