Alexander Hall and in particular, Richard Smith were absolutely fantastic. Solid advice, ability to think on his feet and a calm and patient demeanour were features of Richard's style. He also went the extra mile when needed, and his knowledge of the market is fantastic. It was comforting to know that one aspect of this incredibly convoluted process is in good hands and completely taken care off. Money well spent.
