Oscar Vela was great to work with. I could not have asked for better service or communication whether it was by email, phone or text. Oscar did a great job of finding the best option for my refinance and made the process as easy as possible. He truly cares about his clients and goes out of his way to make sure they are receiving the best value possible for their situation. I would highly recommend Oscar to anyone looking for a home loan and look forward to using his services again for my next real estate transaction.

I worked with Oscar Vela and all I can say is wow wow wow , the guy will give you a no BS assessment right upfront from day 1 with no surprises. He’s extremely technical & knowledgeable about the art of home buying . He shares his screen with you and explains everything he’s looking and doing in real time . He gives you video updates at each key point progression of the process and pretty much never leaves you in the dark . I closed on my home with him in 30 days flat with zero issue , he delivered every promise he said he would from day 1 and provided all kind of lender credits .. all I can say again is wow wow wow just amazed ! I can’t wait to buy a 2nd investment property with him down the line . I’m telling all my friends to go to Oscar Vela when they buy a new home - Bravo 👏 Oscar !
