After finding a home my realtor asked which mortgage company I had used before and I mentioned Carolyn at Mann Mortgage in Polson, MT.. Since my current home had sold we were in a bit of a rush. I was shock my realtor wasn't going to find a lender however after hours on a Friday I decided to make the call to Carolyn and at least leave a voice mail to re-introduce myself since it had been a few years since our last business transaction. To my surprise Carolyn answered the phone. I gave Carolyn my name thinking there is no way she will remember me, however again I was surprised, she remembered everything. I told Carolyn my situation and by Monday Carolyn had sent an approval letter to my realtor. Now for the impossible to possible part. I really had about 2 weeks before I had to be out of my current home. Everyone told me it was absolutely impossible to complete a home purchase with VA financing in less than 45 days which I am sure it is unless you have Carolyn in your corner. Please understand all my personal items were going in to storage until I could get into a new home. While others may take 45 days, Carolyn had my deal completed with VA financing in 8 business days. I will never go anywhere else and I believe my realtor may have found someone new to do business with. Thank you Carolyn.
