Pretty good to deal with throughout the mortgage acquisition process. Definitely disappointed in the quick sell off of the loan to one of the "big guys." I get it, they are in the business to write loans, not manage them. Just wish I knew beforehand. If you don't want your loan sold off to unknown entity, steer clear of RMS.

RMS started out helpful and quick to assist us with a mortgage, but as we are moving through the process, the lady helping us is unresponsive to phone calls- we have left 3 voicemails without a return call and she will respond via email without acknowledging anything in the phone calls. I suggest another mortgage company.
