They were very patient and helpful. We got the job done. Everything went smoothly.

Joe and Kayla made the entire process and experience of obtaining our mortgage as painless as we could ever have hoped for. Special shout out to Kayla who kept me calm and grounded and made it feel as if I was working with an old friend. Joe & Kayla wouldn't give up on us even when I felt like throwing in the towel myself. It is because of their faith in us and their consistent help and guidance that we are now the proud owners of a home that we only dreamed possible not that long ago. Michelle Ingleside, IL
