From the moment I walked in the outpatient clinic doors, to the procedure, to leaving, I had excellent customer care and customer service. Everyone there made me feel welcome, and communicated clearly and courteously. The procedure was thoroughly and succinctly explained. They checked on me at different times while I waited and were attentive to my comfort. I had Shawn, Darlene, Rick, Kristen and Dr. Grewal, each of them were caring and competent. I had an endoscopy done with general anesthesia and it was smooth and comfortable. Would recommend this facility to anyone.

Check in process was fast and receptionist was very friendly. In and out for a scheduled sonogram with in fourth five minutes!
