Unfriendly, unhelpful, uncaring and unprofessional. I wish I could leave a zero or negative review, but there is no way to do it. This auction was the worst that I've ever dealt with. The auction notice clearly stated/states that the auction pickup dates are the 14-17 of June. The auction closed yesterday (June 13th) and I anticipated picking up this evening or the morning of 15th. I called just to verify opening times for the 15th and was told they would not be open on the 15th or 16th only on the 14th and 17th. Now I'm out over $500, because there is no way I can be there in 20 minutes and I don't have vacation days at work to take the 17th off. Had the load out dates been clearly posted, there is no way I would have bid on any of their items. Below is a screenshot showing the load out dates of 14-17.
