Darren is the man, anytime I have loan question he is always quick to help and jump into a problem with me. Great guy to work with and also they have an exceptional staff. Working with someone local is highly recommended from me, due to their quick responsiveness!

UPDATE 9/19/19: Not only have I sent clients to Darren and the Summit Lending team, but I've now used them personally for a mortgage. Of course, everything was perfect. Timely communication by multiple members of the team, courteous answers to any questions, and a closing earlier than I expected. Oh, and of course it was a great rate as well! Don't waste your time with others, just call Summit. I have referred over 75 clients, friends, and family to Darren Copeland and his team members over the last 4+ years.
