Mike & his entire team were extremely helpful throughout our entire process! They exceeded every expectation we had with several bumps in the road (that were not Guild’s fault). We were very impressed with their service! Highly recommend them!

I’m adding my ONE STAR RATING today to document the awful treatment I received from this agency. Specifically loan officer Mike Medlock. Mike Medlock is by far one of the rudest, disorganized home loan agents I’ve ever worked with on a home mortgage. He is condescending, sarcastic, had poor listening skills, poor follow-up, multiple missed callbacks, and totally unprofessional. When I brought to his attention that he had documented the wrong employer on my application, which HE COMPLETED over the phone, he became very upset and defensive and then proceeded to accuse me for the error on the application!!!! Rather than be a man and take ownership for his error, apologize and correct the problem, he instead became confrontational, argumentative, and spiteful in his remarks and responses to me! He instead chose to add fuel to the fire by continually interrupting me and not allowing me (a valued customer) the ability to speak, which only escalated the situation! My experience was so horrific, I had to request my realtor/buyers agent to help me locate another loan officer/agency so I could purchase my new home. I absolutely do not recommend this company because of the disrespectful treatment I received from Mike Medlock. There are way better options available....I recommend pursuing them.
