Very personable friendly and knowledgeable. Quick to answer emails/questions. We wanted to meet face to face to talk about the loan process. Chris was very willing to meet with us and we really appreciated that he was accepting of our kids in his office, didn’t mind them crawling all over the place. Makes the experience easier for us so we could focus more on our questions than containing our kids
