Horrible bank..horr horr experience..very lacking in knowledge and keeping their customers informed on policy until it's to late .be weary

I recently had some unauthorized activity on my personal bank account. I walked in and was immediately helped by Monica, she was fantastic and so kind! I have since received all money back safely into my account, and an apology letter from the unauthorized party. I couldn’t be more thankful!
