By far the worst customer service my wife and I have ever received. Each time we have to actually go in and deal with the bank we have had a bad experience. Just to let you know you will have to go into the bank because the phone lines will be transferred to an outsourced company that can't help and will tell you to call the bank if you need assistance. The Lebanon branch is the one we have to deal with and is horrible but the whole bank is run like big business and it's a joke they call themselves a credit union. We have heard great things about Linn-Co and will be switching banks.

They need to either have both drive-thru lanes staffed by COMPETENT tellers or simply open the branch on Saturdays. Unacceptable and unnecessary wait times. I expect a lot more from a Credit Union.
