STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS. I would have given them a zero, goose-egg, etc. if that was an option. These are the very worst of the lenders in the entire United States. I should know. I use several lenders and none stoops so low as these thugs. They screwed up my escrow account and when I asked to remove my escrow account they said it would take 30-45 days to review it. Wells Fargo, New American Funding are other lenders that I use and there was no problem whatsoever. This company is the WORST OF THE WORST. Please be informed. I have experience in the mortgage industry. They would not let me speak with a manager nor allow me to send my request via email. I could only send it by fax (Long Distance) or USPS. Of course, then they could say they never received it. What a bunch of jerks. I am going to pursue this to the highest level possible and starting to refinance with another company. Oh, they kept telemarketing me to refinance despite telling them to stop until I threatened to take legal action. This is the only mortgage company of several that I do business with that is so unethical and will try to con whoever they can prey on.
