I can now confidently say that my husband hit a gold mine when he found Benchmark.  Sheri and her team saved us from such a stressful experience with another company. They made sure we were aware of what was going on every step of the way. She and Morgan were always prompt in returning our calls and emails. They are warm, honest, thorough, and have always given the "we got your back" vibe. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. My family and I love our new home.

Sheri and her team did an excellent job helping me and my family with out first home purchase. They went above and beyond what I would have hoped for and I am truly impressed. They worked hard to not only answer my never ending barrage of questions but were super nice and timely with all of them. They also were so helpful once we were in the closing phase in letting us know all we needed and keeping us informed of the process of the loan.
