    I have been waiting almost 3 weeks just to get an pre approval letter followed up many times still no response. Rather choose any other mortgage company who works actively.

    Matt is excellent. He replies to emails and phone calls quickly, and he takes the time to explain everything in detail. I highly recommend him if it is your first time buying a home. He will make the process so much easier.
