Home buying and the mortgage process can be confusing and frustrating, but Jim was always available to answer anything (this is NOT the case with other lenders/mortgage folks), he was easy to talk to and gave it to us straight. I met Jim at a real estate networking luncheon a while back and we talked about purchasing real estate and mortgages together. I was looking to buy a house relatively soon so I kept his contact information. A couple months later I was looking to get a mortgage and reached out to Jim. He helped make the process run so smoothly. Jim collected documents along the way throughout the whole process. It was a tad bit overwhelming at first having to dig through past paperwork ie bank statements, tax returns etc to put together the necessary information but Jim made it seem so simple.
