Kris Morgan with Community Mortgage was extremely helpful when I needed quick preapproval info. She had all the numbers prepared for me in no time. She was friendly and easy to work with. She knew my realtor even! Community Mortgage made the process super easy for me.

Make sure everything is fixed before you close. Don't fall for the ( we'll put it under contract to get it fixed) or we'll put it under warrantee. Not gonna happen. Agent already made her money. Mortgage company itself was pretty efficient.
