Over the last few years we have worked with Anette and her team 4 times. Each time has been even better than the last and that’s quite an accomplishment since the first time was amazing. This last time was the easiest yet, it took a little less than three weeks to complete, and thanks to the efficiency and thoroughness of the team we were able to do it all from the comfort of our home. We just had to go out once to sign the documents at a title company literally blocks away from our house. The day I emailed Anette with my plans she set the process in motion and the team guided us through every step. Anette followed up daily with updates and projections and they exceeded those at every step. It was a pleasure to work with Beth on my first home purchase. She made this stressful process easy and manageable.
