The branch is always willing to help you they also make a point of remembering your name. Best bank ever.

The manager talked to me as if i was slow and anytime i kept asking well im not sure why his happened or can u explain this. I was polite at first and then started to get protective because this is my money. The woman at the window was absolutely wonderful and kind but the manager and young woman who works in one of the offices (Ashley) were rude and did not provide the quality Union said they would. I banked with Union for less than a week and they closed my account without me knowing, i had to call to find out it was now closed. Please save your money and time. The older women at window was great and helpful but the office staff....NO! Also charged me for closing the account when they closed it without notifying me!!!
