Dean and his team including Naomi and Andrew are extremely professional and hardworking folks. They will make sure you get the loan you need to fulfill your dreams. They hold my hand during my tough times when I almost lost my dream home. They work so hard on my loan that I am able to enjoy my most wanted home. Thanku guys again.From Sonia and Paul. Unorganized. Zero communication. Hardly any explanations on paperwork signing. As a first time home buyer these guys made it the worst experience possible. They lost multiple documents I sent multiple times. I was asked various times from different people in the office for the same documents I had already sent. We finally got to closing, nearly a week late, due to their mistakes on documents and missing the wire cut off for the bank TWO times. And finally, 2 weeks after moving in and closed they TEXT me(can’t even bother to call) to inform me they messed up yet AGAIN on some FHA numbers and requested I go in the NEXT DAY to wet sign the deed of trust and the note with escrow. Ridiculous. In a moment that is stressful enough, they made it so much worse. If I didn’t just want to get it all over with I would have went else where. Dean, the manager, the little bit I talked with him was informative and reassuring but his team I worked most with gave me the worst experience ever. Please learn from my mistakes and look elsewhere!!!
