Good: I think the new Nusenda is quite nice. The staff are always very friendly to me and assist me with whatever I need. Good Handicap ramps. Bad: there is NO BIKE RACK near the building and there is not even a decent place to put a bike. Everytime I have to bring it inside.

I have run into too many obstacles doing business here, and they are clearly due to ignorance. Today, I took the homeowners insurance check that they would not deposit and used it to open an account at First State Bank. There have been other ridiculous issues. I closed my Nusenda account - do not need the aggravation.
