    I've been trying to reach them for two days. I guess their phone system isn't working and I don't have access to my account either. I will be closing my account as soon as I am able.

    They NEVER answer their phone!!!! No customer service at all! My husband and I are out of town and don’t have access to the mobile app online banking it keeps saying validation error and we can not get a hold of anyone! As soon as we get back to the valley we are CANCELING with this bank. Horrible bank. This is not the first time we’ve had these problems
