When you walk into the bank in Saugerties you are greeted warmly! Deb Rhonda and Jean are all knowledgable and courteous! If you have a concern they work with you until its solved! They go the extra mile and for that I am grateful!

Hands down the worst bank experience I've ever had, you cant just call and find your balance and the online banking is down. I called and the lady said she fixed it just wait a few mins, nothing, called back they left me on hold up until they closed and just simply hung up on me. I cant even call and check my account balance because there's no option for it anywhere. Customer service said they fixed it. Cool. Go back on and my account is locked now. Are you guys serious? This bank cant be this bad. I dropped wells Fargo for this and you guys make wells Fargo look amazing. Definantly not happy and still cant even find someone to talk to on the phone. I will be going to a new bank
