My husband and I decided to see if we could sell our house and it ended up being under contract the day we listed it! We were super excited but nervous because now we had to buy a new house. Hometown lenders was great to work with. They were super fast with getting all our paperwork to the underwriter quickly. We unfortunately had to wait almost 5 weeks for our buyers bank to get what they needed but Hometown kept in contact with us and kept all our papers current. We ended up closing on our home on Tuesday and hometown was able to get us closed on Friday! It was great to be able to do both the same week and get into our new home before vacation! My husband and I work opposite shifts so being able to go in and sign first and then he got to go in after he got off was great as well. Thank you Katie for all you did and keeping in contact and up to date with everyone. It was great to not be stressed on this end of our situation!

This place is incredible I truly love everyone there I was so nervous and kept coming up with an excuse to not buy a home!! I liked the freedom of not being tied down to a mortgage for 30 years!! Well I finally gave in to my wife and done some research and decided to go with hometown lenders and let me tell u I'm glad I did... I literally had my Pre-Approval letter in my hand in 1.5 hrs no joke Jill is the GOAT and the whole team is amazing.. I love love love this place and u can truly tell they feel the same
