Where do I start? This was a great bank until they merged. The merge went horribly and we got our cards shut off and weren’t informed so I had the embarrassment of getting declined at the grocery store for a carton of eggs. The tellers aren’t any help because whoever is in charge of training them on new policies sucks. They wouldn’t let my boyfriend open an account because he needed something notarized. The most recent F-up was I went through the drive through to get money out for a bill and was refused because my direct deposit from my work was deposited that morning. So I was told basically I can’t get paid on payday anymore because a new policy is they now hold deposits for a day. So I looked at her funny and drove around to the back and withdrew the same cash she was refusing to give me at the window. Not much of an inconvenience but I’m getting really tired of the quality of this bank. Why merge with someone and take three steps back? My family has been banking here for years and didn’t have these issues. Ever
