My wife and I chose Dan Herron and Pinnacle Mortgage Funding per the recommendation of our realtor. Unfortunately things went very poorly and we ultimately should have done due diligence when selecting our broker. Communication great early on, but as we got closer to the closing date it became difficult to get direct answers. Pinnacle was very unresponsive with the title company which caused a number of issues at closing. According to the title company Pinnacle has historically been one of the more difficult brokers to deal with. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a mortgage broker.

Mark Gundersen and his team at pinnacle were awesome helping me and my wife with the mortgage process. He made purchasing our first place a breeze and was very helpful answering any questions we had and was quick to respond to any emails we sent him. As long as you provide them with all the information they need in a timely manner, they can help you close on your place in no time. By the time we made an offer on our place and when we closed, they were able to get us a loan in 3 weeks. I would highly recommend him for any of your lending needs.
