Negative score Vs higher down payment make a huge difference and this were the first intention by us as a purchasers. Positive actitud with the good intention to help and assist in finding a lower interest rate is appreciated from the button of our heart but in the finding and during the attempt of reaching such a goal generated lots of unexpected stress and as well extra unplanned expenses .
