    Had a great experience with Dan Oviatt, we initially were going to build in the country, but fell in love with the historic homes in Weston. When buying a home built in the 1840s, it helps to have a realtor who owned one as well!

    Listed land Then Brought property to closing Knowingly without a clear title two different clients same seller which they represent both times!
