Ive had this servicer for a year, Ive called customer service twice only to be rude to and treated poorly. As stated above they have so many stipulations that keep you locked in your 30 yr loan without paying off early. Like the sneaky trick list above. You can have extra payments made, but if your dont re-new every single year they will change it back to just the normal payments. Secondly, If you try to to biweekly payments, which in fact will drop your loan from 30 years to 25.5 years, just by paying same amount every month but paying half on 1st and other half on 15th, you can pay off sooner. They do not allow this, go figure another sneaky trick to keep in lock in the loan longer. Ive called and asked, if you make payments like above, they will hold your payment until they receive the full payment and then apply it to your loan. They will NOT apply the half payment and then apply the last half payment two weeks later. I guess this is what one gets with a no name company with sneaky shady business practice. yes, I will be ReFi through a reputable servicer next time in the near future. Ive have two other homes with no issues doing as I stated above. BUYERS BEWARE!! FIND ANOTHER SERVICER. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
