Don’t trust SunTrust with your money. They should actually rename themselves to SunDontTrust. The employees don’t care about you they are just happy to have a job. They want your money and that’s it. They have terrible customer service and have proven to hold your money, not secure it safely. Watch your back. Any bank option is better than this one.

Staff are always pleasant and courteous. Plenty of seating whilst waiting to see the advisor and they have lollipops👍advice is available in English or Espanol.
