This place is nothing but a total run around. Been dealing with this lady for over a month now, told me I wasn’t approved for a mortgage loan so I asked her what about a co-signer, she tells me that would help so I get someone to co-sign for me then she tells me I’m pre approved me for 135k so then I ask her what is the next step so she tells me to start looking for homes which I start to do. Find a home and realitor go to start the process ask her for my pre approval letter and she just starts beating around the bush about it. Not to mention she never put the paper work in for my co signer. I call and talk to her Secretary and she doesn’t know anything about any of it she’s telling me Cathy is telling her a whole different story. She has don’t nothing but wasted my time and money and headache this past month just to tell me in the end I’m not approved for anything. I would not recommend this lady to anyone. She lacks communication and lies to her “clients”. If I were anyone I’d stay away from this place.
