The staff are like family at our hometown location. The new bank statements are lacking in INK. They are too light for the eyes. Spend a little extra so that your customers can read the statement. The lack of personal contact at some locations is detestable. No one wants a computerized teller. This is just depressing. We recently ordered checks and received an increase in price and decrease in quality of product. We are not happy with you Enterprise Bank. I think that if you are going to buy out hometown locations you need to be a lot more customer focused.
