I wouldn't even give them 1 star. This bank is horrible. No inside ATM but the outside 1 don't work. ??? Then even tho I have an account there I STILL got charged $3.50 to use the ATM after they said they "fixed" the outside 1 in 2 mins. BS. To get a Lakeland bank debit card you have to keep $100 avg daily balance in checking acct of its $9.99 a month!!! I already miss Highlands Bank. They were AWESOME. Lakeland has no daily acct. balance text either. I HATE THIS BANK, but Chase & Valley National are even worse. Its also very inconvenient for disabled people who don't drive. Walk to outside atm then walk back into bank. It feels like a tomb in there so tiny.
