Working with Richard made the home buying experience extremely smooth. From the start, he walked us through all the details of the process so we felt comfortable every step of the way. He was always available to answer our frequent questions and made sure we were well equipped going into the signing process. We would highly recommend Richard to anyone buying a home who wants someone with a deep understanding of the process and has your best interests at heart.

Richard is extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed to have for the process run smoothly. He was able to get me a low rate and got everything taken care of in a timley matter. I will highly recommend him to all my friends and family.
