All in all we had a very positive experience working with GoPrime. They were certainly quick at providing us with an estimate, much more efficient, less complicated, and better (with regard to the loan terms) than any of the local banks. Caroline was extremely helpful in aiding us to navigate all of the loan language (this was our first home purchase), as ours was not the most straight forward of loans. My one suggestion for improvement would be that as we moved toward the end of the process, there were lots of people involved from the GoPrime side of things and it seemed like communication between them could have been better. We were unclear on who exactly was in charge of what and some of our questions would go unanswered in the chaotic multi-person email exchanges. In the end, though, it was all done and done on time and probably about as painless as a painful process can be.

We have worked with Caroline for our last two mortgages. She is excellent, professional and helpful throughout every step of the process. We have been able to close two weeks sooner than originally scheduled. I would recommend Caroline without reservation
