I can only advise to stay away, at all cost. These people supposedly approved a buyer. When it came to close they admitted to misfiled paperwork. Paid money per day as a goodwill to finish closing for the buyer. I waited and waited. Finally after waiting so long they asked the buyer to pay extra from their pocket like it was the buyers fault. Which none of it was. The buyer canceled. Now I have to go through the whole process of putting my house back on the market.
