I've been working with Jason personally for over 6 months. We've sat down few times prior to actual pre qualification to go over my credit history. He gave me the best advice on what I needed to do to get where I wanted to be. I thought for sure the neighborhood I wanted was way out of reach for what I expected my approval to be at. The portal was easy to upload documents and I believe that made the process easier so things were not being asked to resend. They were all quick to reply to any questions. They kept me informed on where we were at in the process and told me when I should expect the next update. His team made it very easy to purchase my first home!
