Definitely don't recommend. They lie. We we're told we were approved for the loan and that they only needed a few minor details to finish up. I inquired about whether those details would affect our approval status and was told no nothing would change and that it'd be ok to put in my 30 day notice with my apartment. Flash forward way later and literally the day before we we're supposed to close I get an email stating that the loan is being denied. Now I have to make sure my 2 year old and I aren't homeless in a few weeks.

JR, Kim, and Melanie are a FANTASTIC team. If you respond to their document requests in a timely manner, they are able to keep you interest rate at or close to what they promised and are always quick to respond back. I never felt left in the dark about any of the details of my first home buying experience. Even our realtor said how impressed he was with their quick turnaround with everything. This team made it all possible for us, and I would recommend them to anyone purchasing a home.
