Atlantic Bay Mortgage was very quick to get our mortgage processed. Rhenda was very quick to respond to any questions during the process. 1 month after closing, we have a few questions regarding our mortgage being sold. After multiple efforts of trying to contact Atlantic Bay, it appears their customer service completely ends at the table during closing.... Great experience during the loan process- I’m not impressed with their customer service after the sale. Be sure to ask all questions at closing or you will be on the outside looking in...

Absolute best experience ever! Wendy Baker was a real pleasure to deal with! There was not one hurdle to jump through and everything was done in a quick and efficient manner. I hope I don't have to do this anytime soon, but if I do, I will definitely call Wendy!
