We were involved in a small parking lot accident on a Sunday afternoon. There was a settlement check in the mail to us on Wednesday of the same week. I have never had an insurance experience that went more smoothly. Doug Hawkins checked to be sure that we were okay, then answered every question we had, and also checked in on us daily during the process of dealing with the adjuster, who, by the way was great too. I want to thank Doug & Jerri for their help and thank them also for being in our hometown.
