I reached out to Quaker recently, with some repair/replacement questions; the repair issue had nothing to do with the quality of the window, I was basically just looking for guidance, knowing that Quaker couldn’t solve the problem directly. I emailed them late on a Monday night and I received a call back Tuesday morning at 9am sharp from Tony, their local rep here in the Detroit-area. By noon, we had pretty much figured out a resolution. I couldn't have been more impressed!

Expensive mistake! Lumber yard where I bought new glass doors for remodel project only handles this brand. Purchased 16 sets and most of them leaked when it rained. Took couple months to get techs to come out to repair, STILL had many leaks. Took another couple months to get them to come out again! Very poor communication, no responses, no paper copies of service visits. I am still chasing them a year later for paperwork. AVOID this company!!! Caused me so many headaches.
