Speaking on behalf of a friend who applied for a loan. One of the officers, Pawan Gupta, falsely accused my friend of fraud because we complained about Gupta's friend, Patrice Muya, who is a real estate agent/broker, to the Real Estate Regulation Board for committing unlawful practices and is now under investigation. Totally unprofessional and borderline unethical business practices these two are doing. Just take your business elsewhere.
