After dealing and checking out mortgage companies, I decided to stay with my mortgage company NewRez LLC.. I contact the loan department and talked to Andrew Stout. Well, he was the most polite person, and concerned about my refinancing, that I have ever talked to. We had many conversation, and he never made me feel like I was taking away time from him. He always made sure I knew where my loan was at and I felt very comfortable talking to him. Andrew, always knew what to say and was a good listener. By the time my loan closed I felt that I made a friend and not a business deal. I would recommend NewRez to anyone, and I certainly would tell them to talk to Andrew Stout!
