Great customer service "with a smile", by employees who seem genuinely concerned with making my experience as quick and pleasant as possible. Always friendly and smiling - not a robotic smile, but people who actually enjoy helping and doing a good job. Very efficient workers, so I'm always in-and-out quickly, even if there are a few people ahead of me. I always leave feeling like a valued customer, not just another account number. A special shout-out to Kayla Canada, David Berger, and Kerri Denny; for helping me get in-and-out of my safety deposit box in record-breaking time (compared to my previous bank) on several occasions, as well as for helping me connect with the person in charge of mortgages … who was not available, that day, but they insured that I had all the info needed to contact him/her, at my convenience, as well as making sure to get all the info from me, so that the mortgage person could contact me the next day, by e-mail, with info about getting a VA loan for my next house. Great service, done efficiently, and done right the first time! Color me 100% SATISFIED!
