These guys were awesome in getting me a good rate, and working with my realtor/attorney. Closing took forever because of the seller, but when it was time, they got everything through quickly. I also appreciate only having to deal with the same couple of people the whole time, and not multiple like in a huge lender.

I was helped by the Puorro Team when I purchased my first home in 2017. The amount of paperwork is kind of astonishing, but they made it easy through their expertise, speed and technology. I am self employed which makes mortgages a bit more complicated, but Eric was a magician in this regard. Second, what I was not expecting was the education these guys give you. They empower you to truly understand what it is you are getting yourself into and what the best options are. Perhaps more real estate folks need to take a page out of their book (hello 2008 housing market crisis). There are many ways to buy a house, which is not something I understood going into the process. Eric laid out all the options, and said here is the pro here, here is the con here. He even recommended realtors for areas we were looking in. So unbelievably refreshing for a business to surpass my expectations, which as an "entitled millennial" are supposedly super high. So congrats to them for taking those expectations and crushing them and making a millenial feel genuine gratitude, not an easy task. This is our first house, but certainly not our last. I don't know where we will end up, but I know for sure The Puorro Team will provide the mortgage when we move on. Highly Recommend!!
